We prepare, package, and ship FROZEN, ready to heat and eat meals directly to a customer’s doorstep. Clients have their choice of 20 different meals every month.

No preparation is required for our meals! Just follow the suggested heating instructions on the label of each meal. Simply warm it up in the microwave or oven and you have a fresh, nutritious meal to enjoy! Please note that all microwaves cook differently, so some may cook faster/slower.
